We here at Foodee understand the importance of information, so that’s why we’ve come up with something super cool.
Introducing Foodee Help
Similar to an encyclopedia, Foodee Help is an online resource that answers any questions our clients may have. Here you’ll find a number of different topics – each with its own set of articles and instructions – ranging from the way you order to how you pay. Ultimately, you’ll be able to learn more about how our service works and what you can come to expect from our online ordering tool.
But that’s not all for Foodee Help. Along with our online resource, we’re introducing a new multi-channel support system. Previously, our team of food experts was only available via email or phone. Now, with our all new support channels, clients can reach out to us via live chat or social media. These communication methods will work faster and more efficiently than anything in the past.
Here is a brief overview of some of the features that make up Foodee Help:
Whether you want to know about how Foodee works or what we do differently from Uber Eats, Foodee Help’s comprehensive FAQs are your key to everything Foodee. Here you can browse through a number of different articles, all explaining aspects of our business. This is the perfect starting point for anyone with questions or concerns.
Not quite sure how to phrase your question? No problem! Foodee Help comes equipped with a handy feature that will suggest articles based on keywords you search. For instance: type in the word “Order” and a series of related articles will appear. But if for whatever reason you can’t find the answer to what you’re looking for, we’ve got you covered. Feel free to reach out to our Concierge Team, available via email, live chat, or phone on the righthand side of the screen.
Live Chat is a way for clients to contact the Foodee Concierge team on the fly. Accessible from any restaurant page, clients will now be able to have a live conversation with a Foodee rep over their desktop or mobile phone. All you need to do is click the “Chat” icon in the bottom righthand corner, submit your name, email address and issue, and we will be with you right away.
Unlike contacting our Concierge team over email or phone, live chat will allow our team members to engage with multiple clients at once. This means quicker turnaround times, more effective customer support, and you figuring things out faster.
Social Media Support
Besides live chat, clients can now also reach out to our Concierge Team via Twitter and Facebook. Foodee team members will be standing by on Twitter @Foodee_Help and on Facebook @FoodeeHelp. Feel free to voice any concerns publically or through private message. Make sure to follow! We’ll keep you posted on any issues related to our service. We might even throw in a few cool cat memes!
